Our Privacy Policy:

We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer financial and personal details with any 3rd party.




After we have confirmed your order and that the item is in stock we will  dispatch your purchase within two business working days after receipt of payment in full (Monday-Friday) using a tracked method. We will send you an email confirming dispatch together with your tracking number. 




You have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations to cancel your order within 14 business working days of receipt of the goods. You must notify us of your intention to exercise this right within 14 business days either by letter or by email. It is important to note that cancellation will not be accepted by telephone only. Unless the goods are faulty or not what you ordered, it is your responsibility to meet the cost of returning the goods which must be by way of a tracked and insured method. 

Returned goods must be received from you in an undamaged condition (including packaging) and not show any signs of undue handling.

It will be your responsibility to ensure any item that you return is adequately packed before sending to us. A deduction may be made to cover devaluation of the goods if these conditions are not adhered too.




Prices are displayed on our web site and are reviewed at least every month to reflect movements in currency exchange markets. On completion of your purchase we will send you a confirmation email detailing total cost. You may also call or email us for confirmation of cost prior to a purchase, which we will supply either by letter or by email; quotations that we send are valid for 14 business working days.




The item that you purchase is covered by our 24 month return to base parts and labour warranty unless this is stated to be reduced at the time of sale (a used or B Grade item, for example, may have a reduced warranty period).

Before considering returning an item for warranty attention please contact us for technical support - we can often resolve issues this way and get your equipment up and running again. If we do require an item be sent to us we will provide you with a returns authorisation number that should be quoted on your returns paperwork. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, however, we will meet the cost of returning the item to you provided that the return address is within the U.K mainland. If you are outside of the UK we will advise any additional cost to return your item over and above that which would be the case were you in the UK..



K-Charts, as with all electronic chart software, should not be relied upon for safe navigation at sea. They should always be used in conjunction with paper charts and it is the responsibility of the navigator to ensure that this is the case. K-charts are supplied strictly on this basis and no warranty is given as to their accuracy. Acceptance of this by the navigator is conditional upon using K-charts.
