AIS Black Box Transceivers

AIS Transceivers/Transponders - often referred to as AIS Black Boxes. These devices transmit your own vessel information  and receive that of other vessels in your vicinity.  The received information can be sent to a chart plotter to be overlaid onto your chart and your transmitted information will be used in the same way by other vessels - an incredible safety feature.

Note that all Onwa AIS transmitters are the latest Class B+ SOTDMA technology @ 5 watts minimum power.
